The simple yet impeccable and aesthetic slab design transformed the classic interior door into a spectacular one. In addition, the modern minimalist style gives the space lightness and freshness. Door construction: stile and rail doors symbolize the best traditions of American craftsmanship. We use linear pieces of lumber assembled into a single structure to ensure the functionality and durability of the slab. Door filling: MDF panels. This material provides reliable soundproofing and keeps the heat inside the room. High-quality finish: the slab is coated with polypropylene, an environmentally friendly material resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations. The door with a PP finish is easy to care for, so it is enough to use a damp cloth without aggressive deterge when cleaning. Warranty: 2 years.

Shipping and order confirmations
Upon placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received. Production lead time is around 14 business days. ETA will be provided in confirmation-mail as well. You will then get a second e-mail when the order has been shipped. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will be receiving more e-mail confirmations about them. Please, make sure you saved these e-mails (invoices) for the record.
Shipping rates
Please note that the rates shown below are for the ground shipping via common carrier. These rates cover such services as residential delivery, delivery appointment, liftgate and pallet jack service. Prices can be changed without notice. We don't charge any additional fees for crating unlike many companies do.

Delivery
Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or carriers (for smaller items). LTL shipments are curbside delivery only. Ship times vary upon final destination, however the average is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Coast. Dealers are also more than welcome to use their own freight company if needed. Please contact Door Design Lab directly for all orders outside of the continental United States.
Will call service
The buyer may pick up the order by their own means. In order to do that, you need to call us prior to your arrival to the warehouse and schedule a pick-up.
Returns
Standard, unmodified, in-stock products may be returned within 30 days. Custom-configured doors are made to order and are non-returnable. See the full Orders & Returns policy.

Slab only or full set?
Both. In the configurator you can buy the slab on its own, or add a frame, casing, extensions and hardware to build a complete pre-hung unit.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Pick a non-standard height or width in the configurator — the door is manufactured to your specification.
Is hardware included?
Hinges, handles and locksets are configurable options — what you select in the configurator is listed in your configuration summary and in the cart.
Do you offer trade pricing?
